REGISTRATION

General Registration Information

Check-in: Onsite check-in begins on Tuesday, July 1st, at 3:00 PM

Reception: There will be a reception sponsored by Urantia Book Los Angeles Society the evening of Tuesday, July 1st beginning at 7:00 PM.

Program: The conference program officially begins at 9:00 AM Wednesday, July 2nd and ends Sunday, July 6th at noon.

All buildings have elevators. All rooms are handicap accessible.

Registration Costs

Registration fees are separate from daily use, room and meal fees.
  • Adult registration fee: $125
  • Youth registration fee (4-18 years): $50
  • Children under 4: Free
NOTE: Fees will go up by $25.00 after May 15th.

Beautiful Conference T-shirts will be available for $15. Pre-ordering is required.

Commuters will be charged a daily registration and meal fee.

Volunteers Requested:

There are a number of areas to serve but the most important area is our children. Other areas include: Registration, the bookstore and art gallery, study group facilitator on our free day, help with our musicians (equipment, etc.). There are many other areas you can help us. If you would like to be of service, please let us know.

Contributions/Donations:

You can make a donation on the "Other Fees" page to help defray the cost of the conference. Your donation can help in three important ways:

The Scholarship Fund will help individuals and families who need a little help attending the conference. Please donate to help get young families to IC08. Contact us at planners@IC08.org if you need a little extra help getting to the conference.

Children's and Youth Program Contribution Fund will help defray the cost of the special programs for these young attendees.

Musicians Fund will assist our musicians who travel to the conference at their own expense and miss virtually all of the conference because they practice for the music they are going to play for us. Talk about service! Many of our musicians need help defraying the cost of this conference. Please consider donating to the musicians fund to help give back to them. The service they provide us is one of love.

Cancellation Policy:

No registration refunds after June 15, 2008. We need to give UCLA a final total by this time and according to our contract, they will charge us. We thank you for understanding.
